🔹 LEADERSHIP & CARE MINISTRIES

Pastoral Ministry

Base Scripture: Ephesians 4:11–12
"He appointed… pastors and teachers to equip the saints for the work of ministry."

Description:
We guide, care for, and build up the congregation with the vision God has entrusted to us, providing teaching, counsel, and pastoral covering.

Purpose:

• To care for the spiritual health of the church

• To teach the Word faithfully

• To lead under the guidance of the Holy Spirit

 

Leadership Ministry

Base Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:2

Description:
A team that supports the pastoral vision, trains leaders, oversees ministries, and maintains order, unity, and spiritual structure.

Purpose:

• To develop leaders

• To implement the vision

• To maintain unity

 

Evangelism & Outreach Ministry

Base Scripture: Mark 16:15

Description:
To carry the love of Jesus into the community and follow up with every new person, ensuring that no one walks alone.

Actions:

• Evangelism

• Calls and follow-up

• Spiritual support for new believers

Women’s Ministry

Description:
A space for restoration, identity, and spiritual growth, building homes and relationships from the heart of the woman.

Men’s Ministry

Base Scripture: Joshua 1:9

Description:
We form men who are strong in faith, integrity, and spiritual leadership for their homes and the church.

Children’s Ministry

Base Scripture: Proverbs 22:6

Description:
We instruct children in the Word with love, creativity, and purpose, planting firm foundations for a lifetime.

Youth Ministry

Base Scripture: 1 Timothy 4:12

Description:
We help young people discover their identity in Christ, build character, and develop a passion for the presence of God.

Worship Ministry

Base Scripture: Psalm 22:3

Description:
We lead the church into true worship in spirit and truth, preparing atmospheres where God’s presence is manifested.

Dance Ministry

Base Scripture: Psalm 149:3

Description:
Worshiping God through dance and prophetic arts, declaring victory, joy, and freedom.

Multimedia Ministry

Base Scripture:
"Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly, as for the Lord."
— Colossians 3:23

Description:
The Multimedia Ministry is responsible for carrying the message of the Gospel through digital media and technical excellence in every service.
Sound, cameras, broadcasting, visuals, lighting, and production work together to create an environment where God’s presence can be experienced without distractions.

Purpose:

• To ensure high-quality audio and video in all services

• To produce broadcasts that reach people beyond the church building

• To support the Worship Ministry with technical excellence

• To create a visual and auditory environment that exalts Christ

• To serve with excellence and order, caring for every detail

Impact:
This ministry allows the Word and worship to reach homes, hospitals, nations, and people who otherwise could not be present.
